I have to different versions of this project:
In the darker one I used a toned paper texture for the background; I painted it with five different colors and used the "multiply" option in Photoshop to make it look more interesting.
In the lighter version I did the same things, however I added a mask with a wood texture to give the impression of ocean waves and I changed the colors. I also got rid of the line drawing, which gave it a complete different look. Which one do you like the most?
