This was a fun project! I painted it all by hand with watercolor. This was actually the final project for my Intro to Illustration class which I took during Fall 2015 semester. The teacher told us to choose to work on the area of illustration that we like the most, so I chose children books.
Have you ever read the book 'If You Give A Cat A Cupcake' by Laura Numeroff? This is my interpretation of the text right in the middle two pages of that book. I scanned and added text in Photoshop, which I'll include here as well.
